Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Pound Ground Chicken,
    1 c Italian Bread crumbs,
    1/2 c Onions, raw, chopped
    1 Egg, large
    Italian Seasoning to Taste
    Canola or Olive Oil Spray

Directions

Make 6 servings

Mix all ingredients, form in the middle of a roasting pan.

Spray top of meatloaf with cooking spray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 55 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.

    My meatloaf is similar. I don't use the onion. I put in my meatloaf mozzarella cheese cut up in little cubes and mixed in with the meat, bread crumbs, an egg, and seasoning. I also spray the top and sometimes I will put mozzarella also on top. - 5/8/10

    Incredible!
    Made it up as little meatballs and used the leftovers for the next night's Speg.&meatballs. Kids loved it. Thank you, very simple and fast. - 7/16/09
