Ingredients

5 Chicken Breast, approx. 2.75 lbs
2 bottles Kraft Original Light Barbecue Sauce
    Light Wheat Hamburger Rolls

Directions

- Bake chicken breast until no pink remains. OR make it easy and throw them into the slow cooker for about 4 or 5 hours on low.
- Pull the baked/cooked chicken apart with a fork or your fingers to a thin and stringy consistency.
- Put chicken into large pot OR back into slow cooker with the barbecue sauce. Heat in pot until hot OR slow cook an additional 2 to 3 hours for extra flavor.
- Serve hot on light wheat hamburger rolls. The ones I use are 80 calories per roll and that is what is figured into the calories/nutrition for this recipe.

Makes 14 sandwiches using 1/2 cup barbecue chicken each. Halve the recipe for smaller families. There are 7 of us eating here!!
