    1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1 Slice of Swiss Cheese
    1 Whole Portabella Mushroom Sliced
    1 Cup of cooked frozen spinach


Melt the swiss cheese on the tortilla for about 15 seconds in the microwave. Cook the frozen spinach in a skillet using about 1 tbs of water. I sometimes add Red Hot (hot sauce) for taste but it is high in sodium, it is not necessary to add. Cook the mushroom and spinach together for about five minutes and place on the tortilla. Wrap, eat and enjoy. It is a lot of food and very filling for it to only be 315 calories!!
