Introduction

Ingredients

    3 links Italian sausage
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 lg onion diced
    4 small zucchini diced
    1 green pepper diced
    1 jar pasta sauce - I uses Simply Natural tomato with roasted garlic for calculations

Directions

Heat oil in pan, slice sausage into rounds and brown in oil. Remove sausage. Add onion and garlic and cook to soften. Add other veggies and brown. Return sausage to pan and add sauce and a bit of water if needed. Simmer 10 mins.
