Ingredients

    Turkey Sausage Links, Sweet or Hot (about 4 large links cut in half)
    16 oz Tomato Sauce
    2 Bell Peppers, sliced in strips
    2 small Onions, sliced in small wedges
    5 cloves garlic
    1/4 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
    3-4 fresh basil leaves

Directions

Brown sausage on all sides in large fry pan.
Add garlic gloves and saute 1 minute. Pour in tomato sauce and stir. Cover and simmer for about 60 minutes on low. Add peppers & onions, recover and cook for about 45 minutes. Add cheese, fresh basil and salt & pepper to taste. Simmer another 10minutes. Enjoy!
