Ingredients

    3 pkg. Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodles (broken)
    1 pkg. shredded cabbage
    3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
    1/2 c. green onions
    1 large can of mandarin oranges, drain & reserve
    1/4 c. cilantro
    1 c. honey roasted almonds, sliced
    Dressing:
    3/4 c. oil
    9 TBS cider vinegar
    6 TBS sugar
    6 TBS oriental sesame oil
    Flavor pkts from ramen noodles
    Mandarin orange juice

Directions

Makes 20 servings.
Combine all salad ingredients. Combine all dressing ingredients. Shake dressing until well mixed. Pour dressing over salad. Refrigerate overnight to marinate.
