Introduction

Ingredients

2-4 pounds seedless grapes
8 oz. low fat cream cheese
8 oz. fat free greek yogurt (or low fat sour cream--but sour cream has more calories)
2t vanilla extract
2c chopped walnuts
3/4c brown sugar
Directions
Wash grapes, and pick them off the vines into a large casserole dish.
mix room temperature cream cheese with greek yogurt & vanilla until smooth. Add to the grapes in the casserole dish & mix well.
in a separate bowl, mix crushed walnuts with brown sugar. Sprinkle walnut/sugar mixture over the top of the grape/cream cheese/yogurt mixture & spread evenly.
Makes 16-20 one cup servings. Excellent for a picnic or special occasion since it needs no cooking.
Could easily be converted to a dessert dish if some powdered sugar was added to the cream cheese/yogurt mixture.
