Ingredients

    1.2 lbs of Lean Ground turkey burger
    1/2 cup of dry Stove Top Stuffing Mix
    1 large Egg
    1/2 of Med Zucchini, grated
    1/4 of med Onion, diced
    1/2 of med carrot, grated
    1/2 can of Diced tomatoes-no salt added
    1 stalk of celery, diced

Directions

Spray muffin tins with PAM. Mix all ingredients together. Using a 1/3 measuring cup portion mixture into muffin tins.

If you prefer, you may puree all of your vegetables before mixing. This is a great trick for sneaking more veggies into your food without picky eaters and kids knowing.

Top muffins with a fancy squiggle of BBQ sauce or Ketchup.

Cook on 375 degrees for 30-35 mins.
