Introduction

It's not summer without daddy's cole slaw, so I found a way to make it almost guilt free and just as tasty!. It's not summer without daddy's cole slaw, so I found a way to make it almost guilt free and just as tasty!.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 cups fresh chopped cabbage (one small head)
    .75 cup cider vinegar
    3 tbsp ketchup
    .5 cup Dannon All Natural, Plain Nonfat Yogurt
    1 tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    3 tbsp Spring Tree, Sugar Free Syrup
    1 tsp Thai Chili Sauce (rooster sauce)
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    black pepper and crushed red pepper to taste

Directions

Chop cabbage and set aside. Mix all other ingredients together and whisk until smooth and creamy. Fold in cabbage, tossing until all is covered. Allow to chill and marinate at least one hour before serving.
Makes 6 servings (about a cup each)
