1/4 c Egg subsittute (egg beaters)
3 T nonfatmilk
1/2 T olive oil
1/2 T unsweenten apple sauce (can use baby prunes)
3 T Chocolate Chips
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
mix dry ingredients in mug
mix eggbeaters, oil, baby prunes, and add to dry ingredientsmix well
add chocolate chipsand vanilla extract mix well
mircowave for 3 to 4 minutes
Cake may raise over mug, but don't worry
Allow to cool, turn out onto plate and share with a friend
