Ingredients

    2 Cups of Fresh Sweet Corn (frozen)
    4 oz. diced green chiles
    2 tsp. sugar
    4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
    1/2 Cup Fire Roasted Red Peppers
    Salt and Peper

Directions

Mix all ingredients and heat until hot and bubbly. Makes about 4 2/3 Cup servings
