Introduction
I got this recipe out of fitness magazine. It called for corn flakes but I had crispix on hand so that's what I used. I also added some red pepper flakes, pepper and basil to the coating mix (I like that this recipe can be modified to give different flavors). I got this recipe out of fitness magazine. Ingredients

12 oz. chicken breast
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 cup of cereal (corn flakes, crispix, etc)
whatever spices you like!
Directions
1. Cut the chicken breast into strips (or buy already prepared chicken breast tenderloin strips).
2. Mix egg, honey and mustard into a bowl. Coat chicken in the egg mixture.
3. Combine cereal and spices in plastic bag. Crush cereal into small pieces. Add chicken and shake to coat.
4. Bake chicken at 450 degrees F for 12 minutes.
