Ingredients

    1 flatout light italian herb flatbread
    2 1/2 tablespoons Tostitos Chunky Salsa (mild)
    2-1/3 cups great value pizza cheese
    1/4 cup diced green peppers
    1/4 cup diced red sweet peppers
    (you can use any other sort of veggie you like)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread salsa evenly on flatbread. Add one of the 1/3 cups to half a side of the flatbread and the other 1/3 cup to the other half of the flatbread. Spread on diced peppers evenly throughout. Carefully place in oven at 350 degrees for about 5-7 minutes (flatbread will be soft because of the salsa) depending on preference. Cook to desired crispness or just until the cheese is melted.
