    Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)

Directions

Pan fry oil with garlic, onions, peppers and spice. add 2 cups of water. cook till, just moist dry, then add yam an pork(already boiled).

add 1 cup of water, leave 2 simmer 4 10 minutes. srve cold or hot
