Introduction
for diets this is really good!!! for diets this is really good!!!Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
-
Ingredients:
Iceberg Lettuce
Ground beef,
Red Ripe Tomatoes,
Carrots, raw,
Cucumber
Directions
ok first thing cook the ground beef
do not add anything else then spices you like and herbs NO OILS and such
basically you are just breaking the beef into a pan and cooking it
once is done drain (twice) all the fat and the oils coming from the meat it self
once if you have strainer use it otherwise place a plate or cover onto the pan and drain all the fat juice out
then for the second drain use paper towels or even newspaper.......
set meat aside
chope iceberg salad
chop tomotoes
shred carrots
slice cucucambers
now mix everything together with the meat too and put in the fridge for maybe 30 minutes only
the salad is ready
I suggest you not to add any CREAM salad dressing (cause it's to many calories)
if you really want to add some use a vinagrette or sour cream......
this recipes can be used into taco shells too
you could add corn and cheese but those are all the HIGH calories
so I put a lot of stuff with low calories!!!
it's good no worries
