Ingredients

    1 Med. Tomato
    1 Med. Yellow Onion
    2 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
    1/2 Lime- Juiced
    4 Haas Avocados
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

This makes about a half gallon of guacamole, so the portion size was guesstimated. Typically a serving is 2 tbsp.

Chop your tomato and onion fine or to preference. Next chop garlic fine. I find fresh to be best. Place these ingred. in a bowl. Cut your 4 avocados in half, open, and deseed. The best way to remove fruit is with one swipe of a spoon. Add these to bowl. Squeeze your lime juice over ingred. in bowl. Add a pinch or two of salt and pepper.

My favorite way to combine ingred. is by mashing them with a potato masher. Do this until no real visible chunks. Taste and serve!
