Introduction

Crispy and decadent, delicious for a Sunday night treat or with a glass of wine! Crispy and decadent, delicious for a Sunday night treat or with a glass of wine!

Ingredients

    1 block Tofu, cut into strips
    1 cup Bread crumbs, seasoned
    1 Egg, scrambled
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    Oil to fry

Directions

Makes 8-12 'wings' , depending on size of strips.

Cut tofu into finger sized strips and freeze overnight.
Dip in egg, followed by bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese. Pop into the fridge for a short while to 'set'.
Fry in shallow oil, or spray with cooking spray and bake in a hot oven until crispy and brown.
Serve with salsa or sweet chilli sauce.
