Introduction

on serving = 1/2 c on serving = 1/2 c
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3 c orzo (dry)
    2/3 c chopped sun dried tomatoes
    1/4 c olive oil
    1/4 c balsamic vin
    1/2 chopped kalamata olives
    1 c toasted pinenuts (or almonds)
    1c chopped fresh basil
    1c grated parm cheese
    4 lg cloves of garlic
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 8 cups or 16 1/2 c servings

cook pasta, add oil, vin, olives, tomatoes. Chill
Bring back to room temp. Add the rest of the ingredients. Can be made 6 hours before serving
