Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups of Self Rising Flour
    1/2 teaspoon dried Chipotle or Louisiana Spice Seasoning
    Dash Of Salt
    1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Oregano
    Couple turns of Cracked Pepper
    1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
    1/4 to 1/3 cup finely chopped onion (per taste)
    1/4 to 1/3 cup shredded cheese or Parmesan (per taste)
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup milk or water
    3/4 cup Zucchini, diced sliced or shredded
    2 Eggs
    2 egg whites

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix all dry ingredients & cheese in a bowl
3. Add all remaining ingredients except Zucchini and mix well
4. Stir in Zucchini
5. Spoon into greased cooking wear, height will double with a peak, when baked
