Introduction

This is so refreshing with Chicken, fish, black beans, wild rice or whatever! Of course any Mexican dish this is going to taste wonderful. For a little more zip, add a jajapeno chile. Ingredients

    1 Mango peeled, pitted, diced
    I Avocado peeled, pitted and diced
    I Peach peeled, pitted and diced
    3 tbsp Onion chopped
    3 tbsp fresh Cilantro
    2 tbsp fresh Lime Juice

Directions

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl, season with salt and cover and chill.
