Introduction

Simple and takes minutes to make! No extra ingredients! This egg salad tastes great and I prefer it to egg salad recipes with tons of unnecessary ingredients. Simple and takes minutes to make! No extra ingredients! This egg salad tastes great and I prefer it to egg salad recipes with tons of unnecessary ingredients.

Ingredients

    3 hardboiled eggs
    3 tbsp miracle whip (regular)
    2 tsp yellow mustard
    1 large celery stalk
    white vinegar to taste

Directions

Hardboil three eggs, then let them cool.

While the eggs are boiling and cooling, chop up the celery and place in a bowl with miracle whip, mustard, and white vinegar.

Once eggs are cooled, peel, chop, and add to bowl.

Mix well and enjoy!

Can also be made with low fat or fat free miracle whip. Great with a few saltine crackers for a snack or in a pita for lunch!

Makes two servings!
