Introduction
I am trying to keep my sodium and cholesterol on the low side,so decided to buy whole foods and make my own little trail mix. The good thing is I can add it to salads for protein and fats that I sadly lack in my diet. Ingredients

Measure out 1/3 cup each of whole almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and raisins.
Directions
Toss together in a bowl or shaker that holds more than 12 ounces.
Put a lid on and shake it to mix well.
Divide up into 5 one third cup measures and put into snack bags.
Goes well mixed in salads or just as a healthy snack. Enjoy.
