Salad:
.5 to 1 head sliced Napa cabbage
.5 to 1 head sliced red cabbage
.5 to 1 bag baby spinach
1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
1 orange bell pepper, sliced thin
3 sliced scallions
1 sliced cucumber
1-16 o. pkg linguine noodles, cooked & cooled
up to 1 bunch cilantro
Dressing:
juice of 1 lime
8 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp sesame oil
8 Tbsp soy sauce
.33 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
2 cloves chipped garlic
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Directions
Mix together salad ingredients, including linguine noodles. Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
