Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    small head of cabbage...12 cups
    2 cups of raw egg noodles
    4 TBS stick margarine

    1 large skillet
    1 sauce pan

Directions

Cut cabbage into bite sized peices. 12 cups. In a large skillet. Put 4 TBS margarine...do not substitute...it will not taste right. Sautee cabbage medium heat, stiring frequently until it turns clear. Do not let it brown. While cooking cabbage boil water. When water boils put in egg noodles. Cook egg noodles. When egg noodles are done, drain, then stir into margarine and cabbage. Makes 8 servings unless you are my husband. Then it make 2.

    I Make this but add a little bit of parmesan cheese at the end before serving...adds a bit kick at the end. - 10/20/09
