Comforting Chili Comforting Chili

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 medium onion chopped
    2 6 oz cans tomato paste
    1 16 oz can of each, red kidney beans, pinto beans and black beans
    dash of black pepper to taste, the more the spicier!
    add 1 can of water using a small tomato paste can to make the chili a little less thick.

Directions

Easy as 1-2-3! Just sautee ground beef and onions with chili powder and black pepper, then add all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Top with low fat shredded cheese and a dollop of low fat sour cream OR salsa!
