Ingredients

    2-3 Cups of Uncooked Penne
    2 Chicken Breasts (I like Perdu's Single Servings)
    1 Can of Stewed tomatoes (with garlic if you'd like)
    Parmesan Cheese, Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

1. Cook Chicken as desired. To keep dish low-fat grill the chicken. Cut Chicken into slices or cubes.

2. Boil Pasta - drain - and keep in pot.

3. Add Can of Stewed tomatoes to pot and mix through. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add Chicken to pot and also mix through.

5. Enjoy your simple, yummy, low fat dinner!! Add Salt, Pepper, and Parmesan Cheese to taste!
