Ingredients

    1 15 oz. Navy beans
    3 T sesame seeds
    2 T. Olive Oil
    1 sun dried tomato
    1 t. sea salt
    .5 c. olives pitted can be stuffed
    (kalamata, greek, or spanish)
    Any seasonings you like

Directions

Put all ingredients in a food processor and puree as smooth as you choose.

Serve with pita chips or vegetables.
