Ingredients

    12 MiCasa corn tortillas
    2 cans Old Elpaso enchilada sauce
    1/2 cup Black Olives
    1/2 cup Kraft Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend (2% Milk)
    1 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1/8 cup Banana Peppers
    20 oz. Shady Brook Farms Ground Turkey 85/15

Directions

Fry turkey burger in a pan and drain
dice olives, tomato and banana pepper put aside
Heat Enchilada sauce in pan
Toast tortillas
Dip tortillas in sauce
fill with 1 tbsp of burger, sprinling of veggies and cheese, wrap up and lay in bottom of a 9x13 pan
after all are filled pour remaining sauce and filling ingredients over the enchiladas, cheese last.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
