Introduction

An easy casserole using cream of asparagus soup to mingle the flavors together. An easy casserole using cream of asparagus soup to mingle the flavors together.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Two medium sized potatoes, sliced into small pieces
    2 cups broccoli, chopped (fresh or frozen)
    One can of cream of asparagus soup
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup sliced cheddar
    four chicken breast halves

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Put potatoes in bottom of small baking dish, add broccoli on top.
Mix soup and milk in small bowl, and whisk together.
Pour mixture over vegetables.
Put cheddar slices on top
Put chicken breasts on top
bake for one hour, or until chicken is done and potatoes are tender.
