Ingredients

    1 cup all purpose flour
    .75 cup yellow cornmeal
    1 lg. egg
    .75 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 cup non-fat milk
    .25 cup splenda
    1 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

makes 9 servings
mix flour and all other dry ingredients in a medium bowl. add egg, applesauce and milk.
mix until blended. let set 1-2 minutes
bake at 350 degrees, in an 8x8 pan until golden brown.
