Ingredients

    2 cans Crab any brand
    3 TBSP fat free mayo
    3 ounces fat free mozzarrela cheese
    1 cup crushed wheat crackers
    2 egg whites

    Mix all together in a bowl and set aside

    Clean mushrooms, destem, slice in 3/4 inch slices and layer over bottom of the pan and add 3 tblsp butter to pan, cover with crab mix and bake at 375 for 25 minutes

Directions

bake at 375 for 25 minutes covered, then uncover and increase to 425 for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
