Introduction
I was looking for a chicken recipe for plain chicken cutlets. I've made them with corn flakes before, but it was included with other ingredients for a meal. I wanted the nutritional value of just the chicken, so here it is. I was looking for a chicken recipe for plain chicken cutlets. Ingredients
-
4 chicken breasts
1C Kellogg's Corn Flakes - crushed
1 dash Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 egg
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375
Beat your egg.
In a doubled up zip lock bag, crush the corn flakes with a mallet. Add your salt and pepper.
Once you've mixed those ingredients together, dip the chicken in the beaten egg and then into the corn flakes.
Place in a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with a cooking spray and bake for 30-40 minutes.
You can add whatever spices you may like, but I think the salt and pepper are enough.
Enjoy!!!
