Introduction

This recipe is one that my family has been making for years. I'm not sure where it originated. It seems like my grandma saw it in a newspaper and adapted it for my picky eater brother. just want to comment I make this but, I add vegtables to it. like broccoli corn or what ever vegs you like. adds lots of bulk and gets in veggie servings I do like the name your family gave it.. Its is on the back of the stove top stuffing mix - 6/11/09

    Very Good
My mother makes a similar dish. She fixes the stuffing according to the box directions (saute some celery and onions in butter and uses chicken stock instead of water) and uses a lot more chicken, but this simplified version is great, too, especially for beginner chefs. - 6/11/09

I would probably add a LOT more chicken if I made it. One chicken breast divided into 10 servings is very little-- you could definitely get more protein out of the meal if you maybe did one less box of stuffing and added like 4 chicken breasts-- just a thought. - 6/11/09

I'll try not to let the name influence my thinking and try this on my picky grandson! - 6/11/09
