Ingredients

    1 15 0z can of black beans rinsed
    1 tomatoe
    1/4 bunch of cilantro (to taste)
    1 bunch of green onions
    1 jalapeno pepper (optinal)
    21 Kalamata olives
    juice of one lime
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Salt to taste
    2-3 large garlic cloves grated
    1 inch piece of fresh ginger grated

Directions

Chop tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, and green onions and mix with rinsed beans. Add the remaining ingreadients and enjoy.
