Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed)
    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 3 cups
    Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 4 cup
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    mushrooms, 1 small can sliced, drained
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 6 tbsp

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Brown ground turkey. Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Chop spinach. Combine all ingredients except parmesan. Add spices to taste. Put in 11x7 casserole dish. Top with parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Appx. 6 one-cup servings.
