Ingredients

    2 Cups sliced Zucchini
    2 Cups sliced Summer Squash
    2 Cups Onions Quartered
    1 Can Cut Green Beans
    1 Can Wax Beans
    1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans( Spicy or Not)
    1 Can Diced Tomatos with Basil Oregano
    1 Can Cannellini Beans
    6 Cups Chicken Broth 100% FF 33% Less Sod
    2 Tbsp Wildtree Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend
    Water as needed
    3 Cups of Baby Spinach

Directions

Prepare Vegetables. Put all ingredients in Stock Pot or large dutch oven. Simmer approx 20 minutes until Zuch, Summer Squash and Onions are cooked to your likeness. Keep in mind that you will have leftovers and will reheat so a little more cooking will take place then. At the very end of cooking wilt the spinach in.
