Ingredients

    1 - 1.5 lbs extra lean ground beef
    1 14.75 oz can cream style corn
    1 10 oz. reduced fat cream mushroom soup
    4-5 medium red potatoes, peeled and diced

Directions

Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Spread peeled and diced potatoes in bottom of pan. Brown hamburger, drain, stir mushroom soup and cream style corn into hamburger. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour hamburger mixture over potatoes to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are cooked through.
