    1 lb ground turkey
    1 package low sodium taco seasoning
    1 bag Rainbow Slaw (shredded broccoli, cawliflower, carrots, cabbage)
    1 large chopped onion
    2 chopped peppers (color of your choice)
    2-3 medium tomatoes
    1 8 oz bag shredded Kraft Mexican Taco Cheese
    about 5 cups shredded Romaine
    about 5 cups Blue Tortilla Chips, broken
    about 1 1/2 cup Kraft Catalina salad dressing


Brown ground turkey. Mix with 1 package taco seasoning & 1 cup water. Cook down til water is mostly gone, but not too dry.

Mix all ingredients. Enjoy!
