Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 to 1.5 lbs Pork Tenderloin
    6 cloves of crushed Garlic
    3/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup Low Sodium Aloha Shoyu
    6 bay leaves slightly crumbled
    1 tbsp black pepper corns

Directions

Boil pork on medium-high for about 1/2 hour, mixing in garlic after 20 minutes.
Decrease stove temperature to medium
Add viengar and shoyu
Add bay leaves and pepper corns
Continue to boil on medium heat for 15 minutes
Simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes
Enjoy!
