    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 5 large (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, cooked, 1 cup pieces (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 12 cherry (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Chicken Breast, with skin, 140 grams (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)
    Basil, 3 leaves (remove)

    optional crust
    Nabisco Ritz Crackers, 2 serving (10 crackers)
    Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp

Directions

crush crackers into fine and mix with butter for crust (will be light and crumbly.

cook onoins, mushrooms, and chicken sausage in skillet with olive oil then season with seasonings

after cooked place over crust in pie dish

add half the cheese on top

mix eggs, milk and rest of cheese and season some more.

pour over the sausage, onions, an mushrooms and cheese

cut tomatoes in halfs and place them all around the pie to indicate serving (12 serving)

place basil in center and sprinkle all with a dash of salt.

cook for 15 mins on 425
then for 40 mins or until cooked and not runny on 350 or untill non wet in center
