Introduction

Excellent for salads with fruit included - like fresh strawberries, or mangos.

Ingredients

    3 T. Splenda
    3 T. lite Mayo
    2 T. Fat Free Milk
    1 T. poppy seeds
    1 T. White Wine Vinegar

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. It works best to 'dress" the salad right before serving.

I often 2X or 3X this recipe - it keeps well in the refrigerator for at least a week.
