Ingredients

    extra lean ground turkey
    19 oz can black beans rinsed and drained
    1.5 cups chicken broth low salt low fat
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chunky salsa
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves

Directions

Brown Turkey
Drain and Rinse black beans
add all ingredients including
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves
2 cloves garlic

Can also be placed in a slow cooker once turkey is browned. Cooking time in slow cooker is 240 minutes on low heat
