Introduction

Another great recipe from " The Complete Book of Raw Food" By Lori Baird and Julie Rodwell my FAVORITE raw food book! Buy it! You wont be sorry. You may omit the bragg's Aminos and use a teaspoon of salt but I use braggs often anyway. Also a cup of raisins and a half cup of raw sunflower seeds are a nice touch but not figured in the recipe. Alright. I have to give this an honest rating. As you know, I am not big on the taste of peppers. I'm going to chop the broccoli a bit finer and try it tomorrow. It may taste better when they soak together. - 6/13/09

Its is WAY better on day 2 and I really like it better with the raisins! I am glad you are honest. Plus the raw food grows on you its kinda like an acquired taste...

    Incredible!
This is a delicious way to prepare broccoli and peppers, both of which I have a lot of as it is the harvest season in my garden. I have also learned that when a chef shares a tip, like "add raisins" it is wise to comply. Delicious!! Everyone loved this. Now try adding soy bacon bits... - 9/20/09
