Very high in protien..very high in fiber and "GOOD FAT!"

Ingredients

    2 cups of prepared Garbanzo beans (chick peas)

    1/2 cup Salad dressing

    1 cup diced celery
    1/4 cup onion (green or sweet)
    or subsitute * onion powder to taste.

    Salt and pepper


Directions

Using can or prepared chick peas
mash with fork or use food processor (depends on your texture desires)

Stir in ingrediants; chill at least one hour.

Best served on whole wheat with cucumber slices!
