Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Kashi Go lean cereal
    1 tbsp oat bran or oat bran cereal
    2 tbsp wheat bran (not cereal)
    1 tbsp chopped walnuts
    1/4 tsp - 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
    3/4 - 1 cup soy milk (not flavoured)


Directions

Just mix together and enjoy! I find this a great way to start the day when I am in a hurry or not. You can mix tbigger quantities of the ingredients ahead of time and keep in a container, but I find I know exactly how much of each ingredient I am getting if I mix just one serving at a time.
