Ingredients

    1 tortilla
    5 tbsp of hummus
    .75 ounces or 10 leaf of baby spinach
    1 tbsp of red onion
    1 tsp of red bell pepper
    1 tsp of ripe tomato
    1 tsp of Feta cheese
    1.5 tbsp of dry cranberries

Directions

Open the tortilla, spread the hummus (commercial), add the vegetables, cheese and craisins. Fold the tortilla in three parts. Serve inmediately
