Introduction

This has become a family favorite. We cook it in the crockpot all day (or all night) & it becomes very tender & falls apart. Serve over rice or on a bun with BBQ sauce, or just eat it by itself -- it's delicious! This has become a family favorite. Ingredients

    5 lb Pork Butt, or shoulder roast
    1 c Water
    1 T Sea Salt
    1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
    1 T Liquid Smoke

Directions

Yield: 40 2 oz servings or 26 3 oz servings.

Put thawed roast in your crockpot.
Mix water, salt, soy sauce, & liquid smoke together.
Pour over the roast.
Cook for about 7 hours on high in your crockpot then turn it to low for the final hour.
