Ingredients

    1 lg. can (12 oz) light tuna in water
    1 can (15 oz) sweet peas-no sodium-drained
    6 cups instant mashed potatoes
    1 cup shredded fat free cheese
    3 cups non-fat milk
    4 tbsp. Promise Butter
    4 tbsp. Flour
    1 tbsp. salt
    1 tbsp. pepper

Directions

Melt butter in a 2 qt saucepan. Add flour and stir until smooth. Slowly add milk to flour mixture, stirring constantly. Cook until it has the consistency of thin gravy. Stir in peas, tuna, salt and pepper. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. In separate pan, make instant mashed potatoes. Add potatoes to mixture spread evenly throughout the pan. Cover with cheese. Bake on 350 degrees until cheese melts. Makes 15-3x2.6 inch portions.
