Ingredients

1.85 lb. Flank Steak, thinly sliced with food processor blade
1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
2 Pkgs Cooked Ramen Noodles (don't use seasoning packet)
1/2 Head Nappa Cabbage, coarsely chopped
2 Cups Snow Peas
2 Cups Carrots, strips or slices
Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce or Tamari (low sodium)
2 Tbsp. Mirin sweet cookiing rice wine
1 Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup
2 tsp. Ginger Root, grated
3 cloves Garlic, grated
3 tsp. Chili Garlic Sauce
1 Agave Nectar Stick
2 Tbsp. Fresh Chives,chopped
2 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1 Tbsp. Sesame Oi
Directions
Cook Ramen noodles, drain and set aside
Slice Flank Steak with food processor blade and set aside.
Mix all of the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
In a large saute pan or wok heat 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil in pan. Add the Flank Steak and saute until browned. Turn onto a plate and set aside.
Return the pan to the stove and saute all vegetables until crisp tender. Add the flank steak back to the pan, add sauce and noodles stir until well coated and heated through.
Serve and enjoy!!
