Introduction
These are really yummy for breakfast or a snack. I make them in small silcone muffin pans so I get 36 muffins altogether. I freeze them in Ziploc vacuum bags in groups of four for me and my son. Take them out the night before and warm them in the microwave in the morning. Just like fresh muffins!! These are really yummy for breakfast or a snack.
